Each bar has a rating from 1-5 stars. I give each protein bar a rating of 1-5 stars. In addition, I include the ingredients and nutrition information for that bar. I don't include the ingredient list for each bar because there are many different types of ingredients that will affect the rating. Finally, I add some extra details about the bars. This helps you make a more informed purchase decision. The bars are organized into five categories. The first category is for people who want a low fat protein bar and who are sensitive to fat. The next three categories are low fat protein bars and low calorie bars. The last category is a special diet food that is low in fat and calorie. All five categories are good options for many people.
The following are my protein bar ratings. They are based on my own opinions. I am not a nutritionist and am not a licensed dietitian. I can not vouch for all the protein bars in the world. For my rating, I used:
The protein content is expressed per serving per day and I take into account a number of variables: The amount of protein in the bar, the variety, the variety, the taste and appearance of the product, how easy it is to use, whether it's a sweet or savory bar, whether it is hard or soft and, if it's made in a store, whether the packaging is good.
